Even the most obscure companies these days are being held to a higher-level of scrutiny, as evidenced by the lashing that iresq got a few days ago when it tried to get this lady to pull down her post on iresq that was not at all very flattering. Seem that the company eventually helped the woman out, but not after a firestorm of controversy of their customer service tactics were ripped open and shown to the public. All the free shipping in the world and green save the planet press releases won’t help the damage that was done by one poor and probably unpaid individual working the telephone lines that day. It is really amazing how years of good service to the general iphone repair community can be tarnished from one unusual event. It will be an interesting story to watch and see if the company based in Kansas can recover from the blog post, which now says that they fixed her iphone and gave her full credit.
